One-to-one movement sessions
One-to-one sessions provide tailored, individual support for you to deepen and sustain your own personal movement practice - whether that's some form of dance, martial art, yoga, etc, or, equally, bringing awareness to the movement of daily life and relationships.
Together, we evolve ways of working that follow your interests and wishes as they develop, drawing as needed on my experience of different approaches to movement and somatics, therapeutic touch, psychotherapy, contemplative practice and performance.
Sessions are available near Totnes in South Devon.
I offer an initial session without charge.

The guiding intention for sessions could include:
> finding greater freedom, ease and enjoyment in your movement.
> inhabiting your body more deeply and consciously - and through it your life and your world.
> developing movement skills such as alignment, balance and range of movement, nuance and clarity of articulation, and expression in space and time.
> opening up and supporting creative process in any medium, including writing, image making or performance.
> deepening self understanding and healing - movement sessions are not psychotherapy, but can powerfully support it.
> exploring movement as a medium for mindfulness and psychospiritual enquiry.
